Spring Cleaning: Which Eyeliners to Toss or Keep

Even though this weekend was cold enough to freeze a Leprechaun's beard here in Northeastern Pennsylvania, I've been in the mood to clean, organize, and get rid of stuff I haven't used in a while. I've got spring fever baby!
